• Nonlinearities at THz frequencies, characterisation, modelling and applications

Technical papers describing methodological and practical issues on active device characterisation and modelling strategies, CAD analysis methods and design approaches are solicited, according to the Conference Topic List.

YOUNG RESEARCHERs

The participation of young researchers is strongly encouraged. Young Researcher Grants will support their participation in the Workshop.
The Best Student Paper Award will be supported by the GAAS Association by 1,000 € and the GAAS Silver Plaque.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are invited to submit comprehensive two-page (including figures) extended abstracts before Abstract Submission Deadline.

Abstract submission will be open shortly.

After the reviewing process authors for accepted contributions should provide a full-length final (three-page) version of their work. Full-length final papers in electronic format must be available at the venue during the period of the workshop. They will be published in the workshop proceedings afterwards provided they have been presented during the conference. INMMiC 2012 proceedings will be published in IEEE Xplore.
