Guidelines for Oral presentation
Do not forgot to add in the presentation the InMMIC logo which can be downloaded from the website.
Speakers should plan to present for no more than 15 minutes, leaving a minimum of 5 minutes for questions and discussion. PC Laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, connected to a video projector will be set up in the meeting auditorium.
All speakers are expected to produce a PowerPoint presentation.
Your PowerPoint presentation is required in advance of the conference in order to make the necessary arrangements for downloading your file onto the computer in the conference room.
Please submit your powerpoint presentation by email to: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org before July 3rd12:00 PM
As a precaution, all speakers must also bring a copy of their PowerPoint presentation to the InMMIC meeting on USB memory stick.
All presenters are expected to arrive at their session room at least 10 minutes in advance of the start of their session. This time is for checking in with the session Chair and Co-Chair. and allows the person in charge to transfer your presentation to the dedicated laptop
Guidelines for Poster
The Interactive Forum (IF) presentation(s) at InMMIC2018 will consist of a single, printed summary poster discussing the participant’s research in broad strokes.
This poster will be in the form of a maximum A0 size (portrait), which covers the primary motivations, insights, and results of the project. Participants are responsible for preparing, printing, and bringing their poster to their specific IF session. Posters will be on display for the duration of the day session.
