Welcome to the INMMiC 2008 web-based conference management system!
Usage
Use top menus to acces your space or follow the instruction you received by e-mail. Please, notice and take care of the password the system will assign to your account, for future logging.
Authors
As an author, you can upload your paper using the paper submission interface.
Until de deadline, you can still update your information or transmit a revised file using the paper submission interface.
The deadine for submitting a paper is November, 30th, 2008.
Oral Presentations at INMMiC 2008
INMMiC 2008 will be providing PCs with data projectors for all sessions. The preferred file format for the presentations is MS Power Point (or equivalent PDF). Please be sure to bring a copy of your presentation on a CD and/or on a USB drive (memory stick). The presentations will be uploaded before the session start; please be present at the session room at least 15 minutes in advance.
It is recommended to check your presentation on the used presentation software by verifying your slides in advance at the Speaker Preparation Room, were PCs will be available with the same software as used in the conference rooms.
Authors are kindly asked to send to the organisers the name of the speaker who will present the paper and his/her few lines short bio which will be provided to the Session Chair in order to introduce the speaker. Please, send this information by mail to inmmic@ic.uma.es by November 17th.
Poster Session Presentations at INMMiC 2008
Authors presenting a paper in a Poster Session at INMMiC 2008 are provided with an opportunity to engage in direct discussions with small groups of interested viewers. Be prepared to use your time in the Poster Session to explain your work and to answer specific questions.
The available poster boards measure 1.19 meter high and 1.60 meter wide (portrait layout). The recommended minimum size for posters is A0 format (1189 x 841 mm2). Material to attach the posters will be provided. Each poster board will be numbered, with the paper ID, as indicated in the programme. Please use only the poster panel that is assigned to your paper.

Paper submission
Full-length final papers up to 4 pages will be published in the workshop proceedings afterwards provided they have been presented during the conference. Also, INMMiC 2008 proceedings will be published in IEEE Xplore.
At least one author must register and attend the conference.
