The registration procedures and fees are listed below.
Any (co)authors attending the conference should register for the conference according to their status, as described in more detail below. The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. One person should not present more than a maximum of two papers.
The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Registration fees
Following rates are available for provided attendee status: IEEE Member, Regular, Student, Accompanying person.
The Early Registration rates are valid until 1st of October.

(1) A copy of the IEEE membership card as a proof of IEEE membership and status required. Life Member rate also applies to Life Senior Members and Life Fellows.
(2) A copy of student ID or index collegium (showing enrollment in current semester or academic year) as a proof of student status required.
(3) Children below the age of 16 years are free.
The full conference registration fee includes access to all plenary and technical sessions, one copy of the conference Proceedings (electronic format), exhibits, lunches, all coffee breaks, and one ticket for gala dinner.
Insurance: The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against personal and health incidents such as sickness, accidents, theft, property damage or loss, etc. Participants are advised to take care on an adequate personal insurance.
